Your cab holds 5 minutes free at pickup. We get it — life happens.
After the grace window, every minute the cab holds costs 0.50 CR/min, charged to you and paid to the owner whose cab waited.
A cab is a resource, not a bench. Cancel instead of ghosting — no-shows cost you both credits and trust.
