Ambient temp below which range takes a 15% penalty. 		Network fixed

gold_trust_threshold
Trust score at which a rider earns Gold status (usual-cab privilege). 		Network fixed
low_battery_pct
Battery % below which a cab auto-dispatches to a charger. 		Network fixed
owner_share_pct
Owner share of fare credits (network keeps the rest). 		Network fixed
pickup_grace_minutes
Free cab-hold time at pickup. After this, the rider pays the wait fare — a cab is a resource, not a bench. 		Network fixed
staging_demand_ratio
Cabs staged per unit of predicted demand (flights or event riders). 		Network fixed
wait_fare_per_min_cr
Waiting fare per billable minute beyond grace, charged to the late rider, paid to the owner whose cab held. 		Network fixed
